Medical Scientific Liaison Romandie & Ticino

About the role

Galderma, a dermatology company active in about 90 countries, is looking for a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) for the French-speaking and Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. This is a field-based position within the Medical Affairs team, focused on scientific exchange with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals, and on turning current scientific evidence into clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle medical and scientific exchange on products in Therapeutic Dermatology and Injectable Aesthetics
• Build and maintain long-term scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in Romandie and Ticino
• Present and communicate scientific and medical content in one-to-one meetings, meetings and scientific events
• Develop and run medical and scientific activities in line with the Medical Affairs strategy
• Provide scientifically sound medical information to internal and external stakeholders
• Work with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional teams
• Monitor scientific developments and the local healthcare market and turn them into medical insights

Required profile

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences or a comparable field (MSc or PhD)
• Professional experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with biologics or systemic therapies, preferably in Dermatology, Immunology, Allergology or related areas
• Experience developing and presenting scientific content to medical audiences
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland (about 80%)
