Member of Technical Staff – World Models

About the role

Veeda AI is building multimodal foundation world models for Physical AI. As a Member of Technical Staff you will drive research and development of generative and predictive models that operate across visual and spatial modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and scale generative and predictive models for visual and spatial data.
• Develop multimodal learning methods that incorporate diverse conditioning signals.
• Improve sequence modeling for temporal and spatial consistency, robustness, and generalization.
• Explore post‑training and optimization techniques to enhance quality, controllability, and efficiency.
• Create rigorous evaluation frameworks and conduct controlled experiments to guide model and data decisions.
• Collaborate with data, systems, and robotics engineers to turn research ideas into reliable capabilities.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience training machine‑learning foundation models end‑to‑end with strong PyTorch skills.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze ML experiments from hypothesis to conclusion.
• Experience developing evaluations that expose model limitations and inform research direction.
