Method & Process Engineer – CAD & Digital Engineering

About the role

As a Method & Process Engineer focusing on CAD and Digital Engineering, you will shape the future of our engineering processes at Bosch. You will lead the global CAD Excellence Program, drive automation, and integrate AI technologies to continuously improve product and packaging development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the global CAD Excellence Program and ensure corporate-wide use of CAD systems.
• Advance automation of CAD processes and integrate AI applications and standardized procedures.
• Design, organize, and deliver regular training on CAD, simulation, and AI for engineers.
• Promote knowledge exchange by validating and sharing information from internal and external partners.
• Represent the business unit in higher‑level working groups on CAD and simulation, contributing to new procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Technical background, ideally in mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Communicative, team‑oriented, analytical, solution‑focused and highly independent.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Passion for digital transformation and enthusiasm for introducing AI in engineering.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the PTC CREO Suite (including Windchill and Codebeamer).
• Familiarity with ARTIOS CAD.
