MSAT Bioconjugates Process Expert (80-100%)

About the role

You will be responsible for supervising, supporting and managing the life cycle of bioconjugate processes at Lonza’s Visp site, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned bioconjugate programs with optimal time, quality and cost while complying with regulations.
• Own life‑cycle management including technology transfers, scale‑ups and suite changes.
• Lead process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor and drive continuous optimization.
• Represent process MSAT during audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD (or equivalent experience) in bioconjugation, biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry or related fields.
• Solid experience in bioconjugation and biopharma manufacturing, preferably in DSP (mammalian or microbial).
• Preferred cGMP experience and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
