MSAT Biologics Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a curious, collaborative and proactive MSAT Biologics Data Analyst to join our Biologics Manufacturing Science and Technology team in Bulle, Switzerland. In this role you will enhance efficiency and visibility across commercial manufacturing and investigation activities by automating data workflows and integrating data sources into a unified view.

Key responsibilities

• Create standard templates to capture process data consistently for manufacturing science and technology teams.
• Develop lightweight automation tools using Python, R or SAS to reduce manual data preparation.
• Analyse operational data and build scripts for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
• Prototype AI, machine-learning and natural-language-processing algorithms for automation proofs of concept.
• Automate pre-population of process and study protocols and reports via content-management systems.
• Produce visual and analytical outputs (dashboards, reports) to support surveillance, risk trend detection and historical analysis, and provide training for adoption.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or life-science discipline.
• At least two years of experience in data analysis, programming or automation within a life-sciences environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and mentor colleagues when introducing new tools.
