MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to oversee end‑to‑end supply chain performance for the MSM cluster covering Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The senior leader will act as the key integrator between supply chain functions and commercial leadership, translating global strategy into regional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional supply chain strategy aligned with global EP/NV priorities, driving service, cost, inventory and cash performance for a €250 M portfolio.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to ensure supply reliability, product launch readiness, deal enablement and tender participation.
• Own customer service metrics (OTIF, fill rate, lead time) and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Distribution.
• Lead risk management, shortage resolution and allocation optimisation across the cluster.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing supply chain organisation, including talent development and succession planning.
• Drive digital transformation using ERP systems, advanced planning tools such as OMP and analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of end‑to‑end supply chain experience, including senior leadership in complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven track record of leading regional or global supply chain organisations and transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP processes and enterprise‑level decision making.
• Experience in medical‑device or regulated healthcare industries.
• Business and financial acumen to balance growth, service, cost and cash objectives.
• People‑management experience with direct reports and leadership development.
