Multifunction Operator – Chemical Lab & Sequencing

About the role

Join a world‑leading in‑vitro diagnostics company in Rotkreuz as a Multifunction Operator. You will work on the front line of chemical production, quality control and the establishment of next‑generation sequencing processes in a brand‑new laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the set‑up and operation of innovative sequencing technologies, including testing and preparation of critical reagents.
• Synthesize and provide chemical precursors for electrodes and sensors used in production.
• Perform chemical pre‑treatments, incoming‑goods inspection and analytical testing of raw materials.
• Conduct final inspection of sensors and electrodes according to specifications, ensuring GMP compliance.
• Document analyses, write deviations, work instructions and maintain GMP‑compliant records.
• Manage warehousing, inventory and SAP material data for the lab.

Required profile

• Vocational training in a chemical laboratory or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Professional experience in chemical/pharmaceutical production with solid GMP knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and a high willingness to learn.
