Multilingual Customer Advisor – Card Payments

About the role

Team Zurich is looking for a highly skilled Customer Advisor to handle, process and forward client calls and partner enquiries in German, French, Italian and English on topics related to card payments. The role is based in Wallisellen and is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
• Resolve client concerns promptly and satisfactorily to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure all interactions comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
• Find proactive solutions for complaints and escalate complex cases to the right department
• Identify sales opportunities and sell and upsell during customer interactions

Required profile

• Commercial or tourism background
• Experience in customer service
• Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
• Courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and teamwork

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the Office package and PC use
• Good communication skills
