Über die Position

Im interdisziplinären Notfallzentrum (INZ) des Kantonsspitals Baden ist nach Vereinbarung eine Stelle mit flexibler Dienstplanung und breitem Weiterbildungsangebot frei.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche und fachkompetente Betreuung sowie Pflege von Notfallpatientinnen und -patienten.
  • Beratung von Patientinnen, Patienten und deren Angehörigen.
  • Erkennen von Notfallsituationen und Einleiten entsprechender Maßnahmen.
  • Setzen von Prioritäten in schnell wechselnden Situationen.
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH (ausländische Diplome: SRK‑Anerkennung).
  • Mindestens ein halbes Jahr Erfahrung in einem Akutspital.
  • Stressresistenz und professionelle Haltung in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
  • Wunsch, Wissen und Fähigkeiten durch ein Nachdiplomstudium zu professionalisieren.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

  • Fundiertes Wissen über Notfallsituationen und deren Management.
  • Fähigkeit, situativ und gekonnt Prioritäten zu setzen.
