New Logo Account Manager

About the role

Trend Micro is seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager – New Logo to join its Swiss team. This strategic, high‑impact position focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers and building long‑term relationships across the cybersecurity and cloud markets.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with assigned channel partners to maximise market reach and support new‑logo initiatives.
• Attend key partner conferences and promote TrendAI solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new customers in Switzerland.
• Manage complex sales cycles and engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct business reviews and establish TrendAI as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.

Required profile

• Proven success in enterprise sales, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud/SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience engaging IT and business decision‑makers.
• Commercial savvy with the ability to drive and close complex deals.
• Minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Self‑starter mindset with a collaborative, growth‑oriented attitude.
