About the role
As an Office Assistant at Arxada, you will play a key part in keeping daily office operations running smoothly. You will support teams by handling administrative tasks, ensuring a welcoming environment, and contributing to the company’s growth through professionalism and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support for day‑to‑day office operations.
- Answer and coordinate phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet visitors and manage meeting‑room bookings and schedules.
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support calendar management, scheduling, and basic travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist management teams with ad‑hoc administrative tasks and office coordination.
Required profile
- Completed commercial or administrative education, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and sense of ownership.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
