Online Campaign Manager

About the role

Cornerbancasa is looking for an experienced Online Campaign Manager to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across several channels. This is a mid-level position in which you will take ownership of performance, strategy and cross-market coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage online marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social media and display.
• Optimise campaigns continuously using performance data (CTR, CPA, ROI, conversions).
• Coordinate campaign execution in Switzerland in four languages (Italian, German, English, French).
• Work with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) and external partners and agencies.
• Analyse results and give actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage budgets, timelines and deliverables; run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements.
• Keep campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and the overall marketing strategy.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising online campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience working across multiple markets or languages is a strong plus.
• Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate.

• Tools such as Google Analytics, ad platforms and reporting dashboards.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle several campaigns at once.
