Onsite Desktop Support Specialist – Geneva (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva. The role involves providing face‑to‑face IT assistance to end users, handling VIP requests, and ensuring smooth operation of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to support a diverse user base.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite desktop support, including hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and smart‑hands assistance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and VPN connectivity for end users.
• Perform Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) activities and coordinate device deployments for new hires.
• Maintain device inventory, update the CMDB, and coordinate warranty repairs.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts, handle password resets, MFA enrollment, and distribution group management.
• Log and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, meeting SLA commitments.
• Support endpoint security, antivirus, and patch compliance while adhering to security policies.
• Provide white‑glove support to VIP and executive users, ensuring priority handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering face‑to‑face IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow security and compliance procedures and document solutions.
