About the role

The role provides on‑site desktop and Microsoft 365 support for end‑users, handling hardware, software and network issues directly at customer locations. You will work with VIP and executive users, ensuring a white‑glove experience while maintaining asset and user administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

Deliver face‑to‑face IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, OS and application problems.
Manage device lifecycle through IMACD activities, deployments, refreshes and secure disposals.
Maintain asset inventory, update the CMDB and coordinate warranty repairs.
Perform user administration in Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID, including password resets and MFA support.
Log, track and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, meeting SLA commitments.
Follow security policies, support endpoint protection, patch compliance and report incidents.
