About the role

We are looking for a dedicated operator to run and monitor our vacuum coating lines. The position involves working in a two‑shift environment to ensure continuous production of high‑quality coated components.

Key responsibilities

• Independently operate and supervise vacuum coating equipment.
• Load, set up and stock the carousels for each machine according to the production schedule.
• Perform charging of materials and ensure correct handling.
• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on machine components such as brackets, parts and ovens.
• Document production and process data accurately and maintain relevant records.

Required profile

• Technical or mechanical vocational training or several years of relevant experience.
• Strong German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Reliable, self‑motivated personality with good comprehension abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible two‑shift schedule.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
