About the role

The Production Operator will perform technical finishing operations on motion components, ensuring both aesthetic and functional quality according to company standards. This role combines hands‑on machining, process documentation, and equipment maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sandblasting using semi‑automatic and manual machines.
• Apply edge‑finishing (mise en bouclard) and wash components with automatic washers.
• Conduct heat‑treatment operations such as annealing and quenching.
• Adjust thickness of raw material trays.
• Execute polishing, mattening, and softening using automatic or manual equipment, handling various substrates (diamond, bark, stones, shells).
• Write, follow, and implement process and quality procedures.
• Provide expertise on polishing techniques.
• Maintain equipment (cleaning, changing baths/solutions) and manage consumable stocks.

Required profile

• Confirmed experience in finishing watch or precision micro‑mechanical components.
• Deep knowledge of watch‑industry polishing techniques.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to propose improvements.
• Versatile team player with a structured, rigorous approach to robust process implementation.
