About the role
Join Haleon's Operational Excellence team at the Nyon site for a 6‑month internship. You will work on analysing operational data, supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, and helping teams make data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse operational data to identify performance and efficiency opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across the site.
- Create dashboards and reports that enable informed decision‑making.
- Assist in fostering a continuous improvement culture within the Nyon site.
Required profile
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Interest in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, multicultural environments.
Required skills
- Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation.
- Ability to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
