Operations Intern – Logistics & Claims

About the role

This is a full-time, in-person internship in Geneva starting on 1 March 2027 for 6 months, working five days a week (Monday to Friday). You will support the Senior Operations Coordinator as a business partner for three divisions, helping follow up on business priorities and coordinating daily logistics flows and claims.

Key responsibilities

• Use the ERP as an expert to clear all EDI blocks
• Process orders and coordinate triangular logistics flows without customs blocks
• Enter all flows into the ERP daily
• Communicate proactively with Divisions and Markets to avoid operational delays
• Process and register all orders in the Export Department folder
• Enter freight invoices into the FAP platform
• Use platforms and the intranet to obtain the right information
• Regularize transactions such as transfers, misdeliveries and manual invoicing on time

Required profile

• Student in International Trade or a similar field
• First successful experience in luxury or industry
• Fluent English, B1 Spanish and Portuguese; Japanese is an advantage
• Responsiveness, reliability and attention to detail

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• ERP experience; SAP or AX is an advantage

The internship must be part of the study programme, required for the degree and validated by academic credits. It is a fixed-term, full-time internship.
