About the role

A modern clinic in Chur, Switzerland is looking for an ophthalmologist to provide eye care to its patients. The position is full time, with flexible workload options between 40% and 100%, and offers a stable patient base and supportive, structured working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient ophthalmology consultations
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions
• Perform routine eye examinations and follow-ups
• Work with modern ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care

Required profile

• Specialist qualification in Ophthalmology
• At least 3 years of experience as an ophthalmologist
• Swiss-recognised specialist diploma or eligibility for recognition
• German language proficiency at B2 level or above
• Long-term commitment and professional attitude

What we offer

• Salary of CHF 210,000 gross per year in the first year, rising to CHF 220,000 in the second and CHF 230,000 in the third, plus bonuses of CHF 7,500 after 18 months and CHF 12,500 after 3 years
