Packaging Operator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Packaging Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. You will work in a highly regulated GMP environment, ensuring that every product is packaged safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform packaging activities such as bottling, blistering, cartoning, wallet packaging, and visual inspection of pharmaceutical products.
• Operate according to GMP standards, site procedures, and quality requirements.
• Clean and maintain packaging equipment and production areas, including line clearance and post‑production cleaning.
• Complete production documentation accurately and ensure proper batch record completion.
• Support format and product changeovers and follow production schedules to meet operational targets.
• Report safety observations, incidents, near misses, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GxP environments.
• Fluency in French.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive team player.
