Part-time Project Manager – Pension Fund Setup

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new pension fund solution for our Swiss hub. This part‑time position (20 hours per week) offers flexibility on working days while being based on‑site in Zug for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the overall project and individual workstreams.
• Maintain the project plan, track milestones, dependencies and budget.
• Manage risks, timeline and produce regular project reporting.
• Prepare and run governance forums such as the Core Group and Steering Committee.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, advisors and occupational‑pension experts.
• Support communications for employees and pensioners and ensure transparent information flow.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English.
• University degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, project management or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project‑management experience, preferably with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pension funds, benefits or occupational pensions is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
