Part-time Salesperson

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Salesperson to join our Fashion Fish Outlet in Schönenwerd. You will work on‑site, interacting directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable fashion items.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, assess their preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store environment is welcoming.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system to process transactions accurately.
• Contribute to overall sales targets and help drive repeat business.
• Build strong relationships with shoppers to enhance loyalty.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a focus on meeting targets.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving capability.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent German and good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Flexibility to work weekends or peak business hours.
