Partner and Customer Enablement Lead

About the role

This role sits within a global Training & Support function, helping partners and software users adopt technology confidently and effectively. Based in Switzerland, you will lead enablement, coaching, training and quality assurance across international programmes, especially in low‑ and middle‑income countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding, enablement and in‑country software user training using digital and non‑digital learning assets.
• Coach partner trainers, ensure quality‑assurance of Train‑the‑Trainer and cascade models, and monitor adoption outcomes.
• Participate in programme design, configure software workflows, validate and test configurations before rollout.
• Own software adoption metrics, analyse usage data and intervene with coaching or corrective actions.
• Manage partner queries, tickets and enhancement requests, maintaining SLA compliance.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and support external messaging.

Required profile

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience as a teacher, trainer or facilitator.
• Demonstrable experience delivering remote training in low‑ and middle‑income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes and customer adoption.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills, adaptable to varied literacy and cultural contexts.
• High personal ownership, ability to work independently and manage multiple programmes.
