About the role

Lululemon is seeking a part‑time Educator (Sales Associate) for its Zurich store. The role lasts for a fixed 7‑month period and requires fluency in German to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will combine product expertise with genuine hospitality to help guests discover and enjoy the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests, assess their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Deliver clear, technical product education that highlights performance benefits.
• Execute seamless transactions, including omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain visual standards by restocking, presenting merchandise and keeping the store tidy.
• Collect guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues promptly.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment and foster positive relationships with colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a genuine interest in helping guests.
