Payroll Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Consultant to support our Swiss payroll consulting practice. The role involves developing payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor regulations, and providing multilingual support to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development of our in‑house payroll calculation engine.
• Explain standard pay components and their management concerning tax, social security, and other statutory deductions.
• Provide detailed guidance on local payroll and labor law compliance.
• Keep the team updated on changes in country laws related to tax and statutory deductions.
• Support client and prospect calls by addressing queries about country payroll.
• Provide language support for payroll‑related client calls.
• Offer on‑the‑ground support for compliance activities and client visits as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in payroll consulting, preferably within Switzerland.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss tax, social security, and statutory deduction rules.
• Familiarity with local labor law and payroll compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages during client interactions.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site compliance activities and client visits.
