People & Culture Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join the People & Culture team at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich as a People & Culture Coordinator – Talent Acquisition. You will manage recruitment activities, support daily HR operations, and help create an engaging workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily People & Culture operations with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent the hotel at recruitment events, career fairs and hospitality school recruitment days.
• Develop relationships with hospitality schools, universities and industry networks.
• Drive colleague engagement initiatives, organise employee events, recognition programmes and wellbeing activities.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Support HR administration, employee relations and various People & Culture projects.

Required profile

• Completed Swiss Commercial Apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Lehre EFZ) or a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Right to work in Switzerland.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Workday (beneficial).
