Über die Position

Das Kantonsspital Aarau sucht eine Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann für die Intermediate-Care- und Stroke-Einheit. Die Stelle ist Teilzeit und umfasst die kompetente Pflege und Überwachung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Schwerpunkt Kardiologie, Allgemeinmedizin und Neurologie.

Hauptaufgaben

Pflege und Überwachung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Schwerpunkt Kardiologie, Allgemeinmedizin und Neurologie
Umsetzung einer patientenorientierten und professionellen Pflege
Konstruktive interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeberufs

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF, DN2 oder AKP
Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital
IMC-, IPS- oder Nofall-Ausbildung von Vorteil, oder Bereitschaft, den Überwachungskurs der AFSAIN zu besuchen
Aufgeschlossen, teamfähig, belastbar und gewohnt, komplexe, sich schnell ändernde Situationen zu meistern
