Über die Position

Die Spitex Höfe in Pfäffikon sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF für die Fachstelle Somatik. Die Stelle ist mit einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % und kann ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung beginnen.

Hauptaufgaben

Pflege und Betreuung der Klientinnen und Klienten
Fallführungsübernahme und Zusammenarbeit mit den Bezugspersonen
Steuerung und Koordination des Pflegeprozesses

Anforderungsprofil

Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
Führerausweis Kategorie B
Engagement für den Beruf
