Über die Position

Das Knonaueramt sucht eine Pflegefachperson, die Kunden in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld pflegt und betreut. Die Stelle ist ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Hauptaufgaben

Selbständige Pflege und Betreuung der Kunden in ihrer Wohnung
Pflegeprozess umsetzen und aktiv am Pflegealltag mitwirken

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Pflegebereich (Dipl. HF/FH, FaGe)
Vorzugsweise Führerausweis Kategorie B mit eigenem Auto
Freundlicher und wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen
