Über die Position
MediPersonal sucht ab sofort einen erfahrenen Pflegehelfer für eine Praxis, Klinik oder Institution in der Region Liestal. Die Stelle ist eine 100-prozentige Festanstellung mit sofortigem oder nach Vereinbarung beginnendem Einstieg. MediPersonal begleitet Bewerber während der gesamten Bewerbungsphase.
Hauptaufgaben
- Bewohnende bei der Körperpflege und im Alltag unterstützen
- Hilfe bei Mahlzeiten und Mobilisation leisten
- Für Wohlbefinden und Sicherheit der Bewohner sorgen
- Hand in Hand mit dem Pflegefachteam arbeiten
Anforderungsprofil
- Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer / Pflegehelferin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Pflege oder Betreuung von Vorteil
- Einfühlungsvermögen und eine positive Grundhaltung
- Flexibilität bei den Einsatzzeiten
