Plant Controller – Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Finance Analyst to partner with our manufacturing operations in Bevaix, Switzerland. The role serves as the primary finance business partner for the site, providing insight, analysis and guidance to plant leadership while ensuring strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead finance partner for the manufacturing site, supporting the Plant Manager with financial insights and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, long‑range planning and maintain plant profit‑and‑loss projections.
• Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Support product costing, cost simulations, standard costing methodology and drive productivity and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Monitor inventory performance, working capital metrics and manage capital‑expenditure tracking and asset verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling or cost accounting.
• Proven track record in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Strong business‑partnering experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.

Required skills

• Strong SAP experience (PR2/S4 Hana).
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or equivalent planning and reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting and manufacturing finance principles.
