Plant Controller – Finance Leader for Manufacturing

About the role

Join Mondeléz International as a Plant Controller and lead financial performance for a key manufacturing site. You will be the primary finance partner for plant management, driving cost efficiency, compliance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing cost control, product costing and cost‑center performance.
• Lead actuals and forecasting processes, reporting operational and financial KPIs.
• Maintain robust internal controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonisation of finance processes using digital tools.
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insight to shape plant strategy and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, performance management and cost optimisation.
• Strong business acumen in the consumer packaged goods or snacking industry.
• Background in a large regional or global corporation.
