Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a platform engineer / developer experience engineer to improve the systems that help our engineering team move quickly and safely. This hands‑on role spans build systems, CI, testing infrastructure, dependency and vulnerability management, and internal developer tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain build systems, CI pipelines, testing infrastructure and internal tooling to keep engineering workflows reliable and efficient.
• Identify recurring sources of friction for engineers and design and implement solutions to remove them.
• Manage vulnerability and dependency handling across our codebase.
• Review code and contribute to high standards of code quality and maintainability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or Developer Experience Engineer.
• Proficiency in at least two areas such as build systems, continuous integration, testing, observability, dependency and vulnerability management, release workflows or internal tooling.
• Comfortable working with Python tooling and packaging, including dependency management.
• Genuine interest in building tools and processes that help other engineers move faster.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and excellent debugging instincts.
• Broad engineering judgment and curiosity.
