About the role
The High Voltage Products division of Hitachi Energy develops, sells, produces and services high‑current generator circuit breakers. As a Polymechaniker/in you will assemble PGHV products according to quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble PGHV components and switchgear systems following work orders, technical documents, schematics and checklists.
- Ensure timely and cost‑effective assembly while adhering to quality‑assurance guidelines.
- Identify and report weaknesses, follow prescribed fault‑resolution procedures and keep supervisors informed.
Required profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechaniker/in.
- Practical and theoretical experience in machine assembly.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work documents.
- Independent, reliable, clean work style and a quality‑focused attitude.
