Power+ Graduate Program (f/m/d)

About the role

The Global Power+ Graduate Program is Hitachi Energy's flagship early‑career rotational program, offering three six‑month rotations (18 months total) across different business units and functions. Participants join as full‑time employees and can choose projects that broaden their skill set, with the possibility of an international rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Work on quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, R&D and other assignments.
• Participate in challenging projects, fully integrated into teams, and contribute to the graduate community across locations.

Required profile

• Master's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline (e.g., electrical, mechanical, software, industrial, energy systems, physics, computer science).
• Maximum two years of professional experience after graduation.
• Excellent knowledge of English; German and additional languages are a plus.
• Valid work permit for Switzerland and strong collaboration and intercultural skills.
