Power Transmission Productivity Leader (f/m/d)

About the role

The Power Transmission Productivity Leader delivers continuous, measurable productivity improvement across all levers of the Power Transmission business line. Reporting to the Global Operations Leader, the role leads a team of project and process senior experts who work on projects with all stakeholders of the business line. The leader represents the Productivity Program to senior corporate leadership while balancing daily business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Power Transmission productivity strategy, priorities, roadmap and governance.
• Drive improvement across factory performance, with a focus on AI and automation, sourcing and product engineering.
• Translate business and financial targets into clear initiatives, owners, milestones and measurable results.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of productivity opportunities aligned with the business strategy, and ensure results are measured consistently and financially validated.
• Maintain execution pace through accountability, regular reviews and timely escalation of roadblocks.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, Commercial and Project Execution.
• Promote the sharing and replication of best practices across products, functions and sites, and act as a role model for Lean and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing or project-based business.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable productivity, cost, cash or operational performance improvements.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong operations or finance experience is a major advantage.
