About the role
The Private Bank Executive AVP supports relationship managers in delivering tailored banking and investment solutions to high‑net‑worth clients. The role focuses on client administration, operational support, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update client information, contracts, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients, manage transaction processing and expense reports.
- Gather market and competitor insights to support relationship managers in client advisory.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications, including product and service requests.
- Assist with client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing account maintenance.
Required profile
- Experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar client‑facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, risk management, KYC/AML compliance, and operational procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
