Private Banking Assistant – Europe (BSISA)

About the role

Assist the Front Office team of Banco Santander International S.A. in daily banking activities, providing timely support to bankers and clients while learning the needs of both parties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service support, including opening banking relationships, handling legal and compliance matters, monitoring task progress, checking balances, loans, transfers, and processing payment instructions.
• Support operations and back‑office functions such as coordinating with onboarding, legal, compliance, credit, payments and other departments, verifying transaction completion, managing FX and wire transfers, and preparing documentation for bankers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1‑4 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in customer service, operations, compliance or back‑office roles.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem‑solving abilities, proactive attitude, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French and Spanish are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Switzerland.
