Private Banking Assistant

About the role

As a Private Banking Assistant you will support senior partners directly, interacting closely with clients to deliver exceptional service. You will be involved in portfolio monitoring, client request handling and compliance support within a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing daily communications and requests.
• Support portfolio management, cash balance monitoring and preparation of documentation.
• Handle KYC processes and account opening forms.
• Provide administrative and compliance assistance, including filing, client summaries and correspondence.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and assist the Chief Compliance Officer.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in wealth management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to work under pressure.
• High energy, proactive attitude and ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
