Private Banking Relationship Analyst – Poland (BSISA)

About the role

Join the Front Office team of Banco Santander International S.A. in Geneva to support private banking relationships for Polish clients. You will provide timely administrative and operational assistance, ensuring smooth service delivery for bankers and their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for opening banking relationships, handling legal and compliance matters.
• Monitor task progress, follow up on pending items, and check balances, loans, and transfers.
• Process payment instructions, credit/debit‑card applications, and related client inquiries.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and Back‑Office teams to ensure transaction completion.
• Verify FX transactions, wire transfers, new account setups and updates.
• Prepare documentation and assistance for bankers and front‑office staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1‑4 years of experience in banking, customer service, operations or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of banking, business administration and finance concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and good organizational/problem‑solving skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, independent and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.

Required skills

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• French and Spanish are a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
