Private Markets Internship (Zurich)

About the role

The Private Markets Internship at Multiplicity Partners offers a hands‑on experience within a boutique investment firm based in Zurich. You will work closely with the Investment Team, supporting the full lifecycle of private equity transactions and gaining insight into the firm’s differentiated investment approach.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in private equity deals from sourcing to closing.
• Perform company and fund valuations and build detailed financial models.
• Support due‑diligence processes and draft investment proposals.
• Help implement and improve AI tools used in daily workflow.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and value‑creation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or a related field.
• Some practical exposure to private equity, investment banking, asset management, consulting or audit.
• Experience analysing financial statements and conducting valuations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent business English; German proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling.
