About the role
Join Haleon’s Nyon site as a Process Engineer Intern, supporting OEE and process‑improvement projects within the manufacturing or packaging team for a six‑month period.
Key responsibilities
- Support OEE and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Understand assigned equipment and processes, define issues and analyse data.
- Identify, evaluate and implement improvement solutions in partnership with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance and finance.
- Monitor results and communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or related).
- Interest in production systems, process optimisation and data analysis.
- Strong problem‑solving, structured thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work with shop‑floor teams and cross‑functional stakeholders under supervision.
