Process Engineer – Manufacturing Excellence

About the role

Jabil Healthcare, a global leader in healthcare design and manufacturing, is expanding its team in Hägendorf, Switzerland. The Process Engineer will drive process excellence across assembly and molding operations, ensuring product quality and operational performance in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and implement manufacturing processes, tooling and automation solutions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, conduct root‑cause analyses and apply corrective actions.
• Validate and document new processes while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges and improve equipment effectiveness.

Required profile

• Technical background in Mechanical or Process Engineering (HF/FH preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in the medical‑device sector.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, risk assessment and Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Machining processes such as turning and milling.
