About the role
Join Haleon's Manufacturing or Packaging team at the Nyon site as a Process Engineer Semi‑Solid Intern. You will support OEE and process‑improvement projects, gaining hands‑on experience with equipment and production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support OEE and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Understand assigned equipment and processes, define issues and analyse process data.
- Identify, evaluate and help implement improvement solutions in partnership with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance and finance.
- Monitor results and communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or related field).
- Interest in production systems, process optimisation and data analysis.
- Ability to structure problems, work with data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capability to work effectively with shop‑floor teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
