Process Engineer Vrac – Intern

About the role

Join Haleon’s Nyon site as a Process Engineer Intern, supporting manufacturing and packaging teams. You will work on OEE and process‑improvement projects, gaining hands‑on experience with equipment and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support OEE and process‑improvement projects.
• Understand assigned equipment and processes, define issues and analyse data.
• Identify, evaluate and help implement improvement solutions in partnership with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance and finance.
• Communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or related).
• Interest in production systems, process optimisation and data analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with shop‑floor teams and cross‑functional stakeholders under supervision.
