Procurement Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supply chain activities for our infrastructure projects. Based in Zurich, you will support commercial initiatives and ensure cost‑effective procurement across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services for all phases of EPC infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with costing and engineering teams to maintain cost databases and develop project budgets.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, monitor performance and compliance.
• Prepare contracts, legal documentation and manage invoice validation, claims and complaints.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, customs, insurance and Incoterms for worldwide deliveries.
• Support bid teams with sourcing activities and adjust budgets to design changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of procurement and supply‑chain experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid numerical and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Fluent English, additional languages a plus.
