Procurement Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage direct and indirect procurement categories across EMEA for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports multiple functions including maintenance, fleet, real estate, travel, IT, HR and professional services, ensuring efficient purchasing and supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement for maintenance parts, consumables, mobile phones, fleet, real estate, travel, IT, HR and professional services.
• Process purchase orders, monitor supplier delivery performance and maintain procurement documentation.
• Maintain and operate procurement systems such as iBuy.
• Coordinate mobile phone distribution and lifecycle management.
• Support vehicle procurement and fleet administration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders on cost‑saving initiatives and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing tools and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations or finance.
• Proven experience with purchase orders, supplier management and sourcing processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP ERP (advantageous).
• Familiarity with iBuy procurement system.
