Procurement Specialist – Facility Services

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead strategic, multi‑dimensional initiatives within our rapidly evolving facility services environment. You will manage complex projects that span tenders, contract negotiations, and delivery for both CAPEX and OPEX activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and execution for facility management projects.
• Identify and implement optimization and bundling opportunities to drive cost reduction.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to provide data‑driven guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal, external, and key interface partners.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve company‑wide standards for facility services.
• Oversee supplier management, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Prepare detailed spend analyses and market evaluations to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistent purchasing practices globally.

Required profile

• Several years of procurement (CAPEX and OPEX) and project management experience, preferably in facility services or building technology.
• University or technical college degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Extensive international procurement experience with ownership of a purchasing category.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement, value creation, and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) models.
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer‑focused with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages such as French are a plus.
