Procurement Specialist – Indirect Materials

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the Procurement department of our Swiss sales organization in Rotkreuz. The role focuses on indirect materials, ensuring a continuous flow of goods at competitive prices while leveraging buying power to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational purchasing processes for indirect materials.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external partners and suppliers.
• Support local, regional, and global tenders and purchasing projects.
• Assist in contract negotiations, filing, monitoring, and termination.
• Participate in internal, external, and supplier audits.
• Advise specialist departments on procurement activities and compliance.
• Co‑responsibility for continuous improvement of procurement processes.
• Create reports and dashboards for efficient procurement management.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet management with leasing providers.

Required profile

• Successfully completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or comparable).
• Fluent in German and English.
• 1‑2 years of project experience in digital procurement or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and initiative‑driven mindset.
• Team player with an independent working style.
