Product Designer – End-to-End Digital Experience Owner

About the role

Salt is seeking a Product Designer who will own digital experience improvements from concept to delivery. You will work closely with Digital, Marketing, Customer Care and development teams to turn complex challenges into intuitive, data‑driven experiences that delight customers and create business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end initiatives, engaging stakeholders, anticipating blockers and ensuring steady progress.
• Gather customer, business and operational insights through workshops, analytics and stakeholder discussions.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to align on problems, objectives and solution direction.
• Design user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes that are data‑informed and consistent with the design system.
• Break down projects into clear, manageable deliverables and provide specifications for development hand‑off.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation, participate in testing and validate the final experience.
• Analyse performance metrics, customer feedback and KPIs to measure impact and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong UX expertise with a mindset of end‑to‑end ownership.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, think critically and continuously improve.
• Proactive attitude, taking ownership of initiatives and driving them forward.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
